As one of the most important cities on the mountain regions of the state, Domingos Martins is mostly remembered by the great influence of the German and Italian immigration which may be clearly noted in the local architecture, cuisine and also in the typical festivals that crowd the city with tourists in many different occasions along the year. How to get there

Head to the center of Vitória, cross the Second Bridge – Segunda Ponte – and take the first exit on the right on the way to the city of Cariacica. Once in Cariacica keep going for 52km on the BR-262 Road, then take the right on ES-465 Road. From that point it will take you 2km to get to Domingos Martins. If you leave from the city of Serra, take BR-101 Road (also known as “Rodovia do Contorno”) until Cariacica. Once you have arrived in Cariacica, go on the BR-262 Road for 51km then turn the right on the ES-465 Road. From that point it will take you 2km to get to Domingos Martins.
